Send rate — khoảng cách giữa mỗi tin (ms)

Không dùng “tin/ms”. Đúng kỹ thuật: interval_ms giữa 2 tin · Android/SIM không chịu burst 1 tin/ms. Tham chiếu: Android ~30 SMS/30 phút (non–default-SMS) · modem ổn định 1–3s/tin · SMSEagle queue + DLR.
