NC Mobile eSIM, phone numbers & Softphone — Name Century LLC. Effective Soft Launch 2026-08-02.
By creating an account, completing Stripe checkout, or using NC Mobile / Softphone services on namecentury.one or namecentury.net, you (“Customer”) agree to these Service Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, and published Usage rates. The contracting party is Name Century LLC.
Name Century LLC sells retail communications services including: US phone numbers (DID), eSIM profiles for compatible devices, Softphone voice/SMS, and related account tools. You purchase and pay Name Century LLC (via Stripe). We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (fraud, capacity, compliance, or credit risk).
Connectivity, numbering inventory, messaging, and wireless eSIM capabilities are supplied to Name Century LLC through Telnyx LLC (and its affiliates) as the underlying network / wholesale provider. Your customer relationship, billing, support, and branding remain with Name Century LLC on namecentury.one / namecentury.net. You do not need a separate Telnyx retail account to use NC Mobile Soft Launch. Wholesale network policies and destination availability may affect service. Name Century adapts these retail terms from common carrier SaaS practices (including concepts reflected in public Telnyx Terms of Service) for end customers of Name Century LLC.
Prices are in USD. Number purchase and plan fees are charged via Stripe Checkout under Name Century LLC. Usage (voice minutes, SMS/MMS parts) is billed according to Usage rates (retail = network wholesale ÷ 0.60 for a 40% gross margin, except US wireless carrier pass-through fees billed at cost). Stripe may email a receipt / invoice to the email you enter at checkout. You are responsible for taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees where applicable. We may suspend service for unpaid balances or AUP violations.
You must register with a valid email and password to view eSIM install QR codes and manage your line. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. Automated agents acting with your credentials bind you to this Agreement.
eSIM QR codes are time-limited and personal. You must use a network-unlocked, eSIM-capable device on Wi‑Fi during install. Lost QR / device transfer may require support re-issue. Name Century is not liable for carrier-locked phones, OEM restrictions, or user deletion of the eSIM profile.
US application-to-person (A2P) SMS may require brand/campaign registration with US wireless carriers. Related carrier fees are pass-through. Spam, phishing, unlawful content, or SHAFT categories may result in immediate suspension under the AUP.
Softphone / VoIP / eSIM voice may have limitations for emergency calling (E911) depending on device, location registration, and network path. Do not rely solely on NC Mobile Soft Launch for emergency services where a traditional line is required by law or safety policy.
Service is for lawful use. Fraud, robocalling abuse, spoofing, network attacks, or resale without written authorization may result in suspension or termination without refund of unused usage. See AUP.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAME CENTURY LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO FEES YOU PAID TO NAME CENTURY LLC FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR OUTAGES ATTRIBUTABLE TO UNDERLYING CARRIERS, FORCE MAJEURE, OR YOUR DEVICES.
Month-to-month Soft Launch numbers/plans renew until you cancel in-account or via Support, subject to notice windows we publish. Port-out / number deletion may take processing time. Unused prepaid usage is generally non-refundable except where required by law or a stated risk-free Lite OTP policy.
We may update rates and these Terms by posting on namecentury.one. Material adverse rate changes for ongoing usage will be posted on Usage rates with a Soft Launch notice period when practicable.
