Phone supports eSIM, is network-unlocked, on stable Wi‑Fi, and the QR is still valid.

How to activate eSIM
Scan the secure QR from Dashboard, add a Cellular Plan, wait until the line is Active.
iPhone
Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → scan → set NC Mobile as data default or SMS-only as needed.
Android
Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Download a SIM → scan QR. Label the line: NC Mobile.
Common errors
Expired QR → request a new code in Dashboard. No eSIM button → device may be unsupported or needs an OS update.
